How BotPrimeX pricing works

Two parts, no surprises.
Subscription + profit share.

You pay a flat monthly (or annual) subscription for access to the platform, and a 30% share of the profit your bots actually realize. If your bots don't make money, the profit share is zero.

1. Subscription

Covers platform access, infrastructure, strategy updates, and support. Pay monthly or save with annual billing.

  • Starter — $29/month, up to 3 bots
  • Pro — $99/month, up to 10 bots, telegram alerts
  • Enterprise — $299/month, unlimited bots + dedicated manager
  • Annual billing saves 15–20%
  • 30-day free trial — no credit card required

2. 30% profit share

We charge 30% of realised bot profit at the end of each billing cycle. Losses don't carry over to your share — we only earn when you do.

Worked example

You deploy $10,000 across two bots. They generate $400 in realised profit over the cycle.

  • Platform share (30%)$120
  • You keep (70%)$280
  • Calculated against your starting balance per cycle.
  • Losing cycle? Profit share is $0 — the loss does not roll over.
  • Settled monthly via NowPayments crypto invoice or manual transfer.

Frequently asked

Are exchange fees included?

No — those are paid directly to your exchange. We bill only the subscription and the profit share.

What if a bot loses money?

The profit share for that cycle is zero. We never take a percentage of capital, only of realised profit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation stops new subscription cycles immediately. The next profit-share invoice covers any remaining cycle that's already in flight.

What counts as 'realised' profit?

Profit booked at trade close — i.e. after the bot exits a position. Open trades and unrealised P&L don't count toward the share.

Do you ever take custody of my funds?

Never. Your assets stay in your exchange account. We connect via API keys with trade-only permissions — no withdrawal access.

No credit card required. Cancel anytime. The profit share only kicks in once your bots are actually making money.
